2.Simple Introduction

304 stainless  steel heating tubes is a kind of electric heating element which takes stainless  steel as a shell,filled the spiral electric alloy wire (Nickel-chromium,  iron-chromium alloy)with crystalline magnesia,which has a good thermal  insulation properties along the inner axis of the tube,the two ends of the  nozzle is sealed with silicone.
 Of  course, it has to go through some other process.

3.Application

304 stainless  steel heating tubes can generally be used to heat well water, tap water,  industrial oil, alkaline water, nitric acid, with a weak corrosive liquid, bath  alkaline water, salt water and so on.

4.Precautions

  1. The  magnesium oxide powder outlet of electric tube , in the use of places ,should  be away from pollutants and moisture, to prevent the occurrence of leakage  accidents;

  2. The  components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is  less than 1MΩ for a long period of  time, it can be dried in an oven at about 200 ℃or the voltage is energized until the insulation resistance is  restored;

  3. Heat  treatment of nitrate should take into account safety measures to prevent the  explosion;

  4. When the  air is heated, the components should be evenly spaced so that the components  have good heat dissipation conditions,and the air flowing can be fully heated;

  5. Electric  tube should be fixed positioning,and effective heating area must be all into  the mold body.Air burning is strictly prohibited;

  6. Insulation  resistance ≥1MΩ, dielectric strength: 2KV / 1min;

  7. The  operating voltage should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated value, the  shell should be effectively grounded;

  8. Air  relative humidity should not be greater than 95%.No explosive and corrosive  gases.
