2.Simple Introduction

Cast copper heaters for extruder is  composed of extruder and cast copper heating ring combination.Cast copper  heating rings is casting heater with different shapes,which is made by casting  a tubular electrothermal heating element into a copper solution.Mainly used for  plastic machinery, oven, boilers, pipes and non-corrosive liquid heating up.

3.Instructions for use(cast copper heaters)

  1. The  operating voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value;

  2. The wiring  part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, the shell  should be effectively grounded;

  3. Cast copper  heater should be placed in a dry place, if long-term placement, insulation  resistance below 1MΩ.It can be restored  to normal at 200 degrees in the oven baked for 5-6 hours.

4.Performance and use

Cast copper heaters uses a tubular electric  heating element as a heating element,Its shell is a high quality copper alloy  material.Its use temperature is generally between 150 ~ 450 degrees.It can be  widely used in plastic machinery, die, cable machinery, chemicals, rubber, oil  and other equipment.Cast copper heaters have advantages of long life, good  insulation properties, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic  field and so on.
